■ Basic (teaching)

  • This course covers basic operation and teaching program creation.
  • A certificate of completion for special training (teaching industrial robots, etc.) will be issued upon completion of the course.
  • Only duAro also offers optional vision training.
  • On-site schooling at the customer’s factory is also available.

■ Maintenance (Inspection)

  • This course covers maintenance, inspection and equipment replacement.
  • It is recommended that trainees have practical experience using industrial robots or have attended basic (instructional) training before taking this course.
  • Upon completion of the course, a certificate of completion for special training (industrial robot inspection, etc.) will be issued.

■ Basic (teaching) & Maintenance (teaching)

  • This training course consists of the above-mentioned basic (instruction) and maintenance (inspection) in five consecutive days.
  • Upon completion of the course, a certificate of completion for special training (teaching and inspection of industrial robots) will be issued.

■ K-ROSET (offline programming software)

  • This course is for creating programs and simulations using the offline programming software “K-ROSET”.
  • It is recommended that trainees have practical experience using industrial robots or have taken basic (instructional) training before taking this course.
  • Since this is not a special education course, we do not issue a certificate of completion.
  • On-site schooling at the customer’s workplace is also available, so please consult with us.

What time does the course start?
Standard hours vary depending on the venue and course.
Nishi-Kobe, Nagoya, Kanto: from 9:00 AM (from 1:00 PM if the course starts in the afternoon)
On the first day of the course, registration will take place, so please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time.

No, but we recommend that you bring your own work clothes and safety shoes.

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

Is it necessary to take a course to operate (maintain) robots?
Special training is required for the operation and maintenance of industrial robots under the Industrial Safety and Health Law, the Industrial Safety and Health Regulations, the Safety and Health Special Training Regulations, and other laws and regulations.
Special training is originally provided by the employer to the workers hired by the employer.
In place of employers who are unable to provide “special training,” we provide special training and issue a certificate of completion to those who have completed the prescribed training.
Are there any requirements (qualifications) to take the course?
In principle, our training courses are offered only to users who have purchased a robot manufactured by our company.
How much does the course cost?
Our department refrains from answering this question directly to customers.
Please contact the trading company with which you have business relations or our sales representative (service center in charge).
Is it possible to take a class on the date I want?
We will do our best to accommodate your request.
However, in principle, priority will be given to those who make reservations (confirmed reservations) earlier.

At the Robot School, students can complete special training for industrial robots as stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
In addition, we offer a variety of courses according to “purpose” and “level” so that you can use Kawasaki robots safely for a long time.
