Parts Repair

High-quality parts repair to regenerate the quality to a level equivalent to that of a new product. To ensure that our customers can use our robot equipment for many years to come, we repair and overhaul parts for robots that have been in operation for 30 years or more, as long as they are still in production.

We also focus on parts repair services. Aiming to expand the number of repairable parts, we are working to reduce the percentage of non-repairable parts by not only improving repair techniques, but also by providing in-house repair services for parts that are not repairable by parts manufacturers.

its performance at the start of operation.

Overhaul is recommended after 20,000 hours of operation.
Optimal overhaul is performed based on the condition of the robot.
