In order to solve the labor shortage, which is becoming more and more serious every year, a trend is emerging to utilize robots in a wide range of applications in all situations. However, even now with the rapid progress of automation such as factory automation, robots are only used in a small range of production processes that can be automated. There is still a lot of room for robots to play an active role in Japan, but the reason why the use of robots has been limited to a small range. One of the most important reasons is that robots have not yet been able to draw out their potential, which is unlimited. We, Kawasaki Robot Service, are capable of contributing to the solution of various problems related to the use of robots through various approaches.

In 1986, Kawasaki established Kawasaki Robotics Corporation, which specializes in maintenance and after-sales service, and in 2012, Kawasaki Robot Service Co. Ltd. was established in 2012.

Kawasaki Robot Service has always been committed to the “5-Gen Principle” (local, actual, reality, theory, and principle), and in 2020, we established a new mission, vision, and values with the determination to lead the world with service, innovation, and integrity. We are still at the forefront of robot services, valuing the experience and knowledge we have gained over the years working with robots and the relationships we have developed with our customers based on our customer-first attitude.

We are at the forefront of robot services, acting as a liaison between our customers and Kawasaki Heavy Industries, the manufacturer, to create an optimal environment for robots and our customers. And we support our customers’ production activities as long as they use our robot equipment. This has been our mission since the foundation of our robotics business.

Society will continue to change drastically, and the demands placed on robots will also continue to change drastically. In order to adapt to such changes, all of our employees will continue to evolve, incorporating new knowledge and technologies on a daily basis. We will continue to provide further value in close cooperation with our customers and Kawasaki Heavy Industries in order to continue to provide total support for the life cycle of robots.
