TREND Manager

Predictive maintenance is performed by constantly acquiring and monitoring the operation information of the robot equipment.

  • Detects robot abnormalities as quickly as possible using a variety of analysis indicators.Prevent sudden breakdowns before they occur.
  • Acquire robot information and visualize information useful for daily production activities.
  • Analyzes information acquired from robots and performs optimal maintenance (CBM*) for each robot.
    *CBM(Condition Based Maintenance)
    A method to establish a maintenance cycle based on the condition of the robot from the analysis of equipment operation information. It contributes to life cycle cost optimization.
  • Remote maintenance provides real-time information when errors occur and remote support from kawasaki.

Trend Manage Quantitatime Inspection

Quantitative and accurate inspections based on trend management.
Optimal maintenance can be planned based on the condition of the robot.

  • Servo motor brake characteristic measurement : Special measuring instruments measure brake wear conditions
  • Arm-lost motion : Measure and quantify reducer lost motion under no-load conditions
  • Grease Consumption Rate Analysis : Analyzes the components in grease and quantitatively assesses consumption.
    This contributes to the optimization of grease replacement timing.

  • Extended Warranty Period

    Contracts are available for less than one year after delivery. Up to 2 years of extended warranty is available after the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty. Labor, parts, and other costs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Service Contract

    Services available after the warranty period extension ends. Support for labor and other expenses in the event of a sudden breakdown.
