NES series is designed based on our high efficiency model, Efficio series, applying compact high-performance heat exchanger and high-performance heat exchanger tube. And high-temperature generator and drain economizer are newly designed.
Steam consumption rate at full load operation is reduced to 3.8 kg/h RT.
Compared to the conventional model, the steam consumption at full load is reduced by 19%.

Higher partial load efficiency
The solution pump inverter control is equipped as standard and it enables efficient operation across various range of load condition from low to high, which contributes to high partial load efficiency.

1. The width of the curve in the graph shows the range of variation of steam consumption.
2. Cooling water inlet temperature conditions are as specified 32℃ at 100%load, 27℃ at 0% load, with the temperature varying proportionally at loads between 0% and 100%.
3. The capacity of the chiller in the above simulation is 210USRT.
Higher system efficiency
Applying energy-saving function of Efficio series, we achieve higher system efficiency including auxiliary equipment.
The lower limit flow rate of cooling water when controlling the variable flow rate is expanded to 30% from 50%.
It contributes reducing power consumption of cooling water pump.
