With KTE’s unique technologies and professional manufacturing methods we developed throughout our history of over 120 years, we realized long-life time which significantly exceeds conventional Once-through boilers. Durability of KF series helps to reduce investment cost in long-term.

High boiler efficiency
If a Fire (smoke) tube boiler is currently used and replaced with KF series offering boiler efficiency 98%, you can reduce fuel cost by around 10% and achieve better environmental performance such as reducing CO2 emissions.

Operation condition :
[Steam pressure] 0.49MPa
[Outdoor temperature] 35℃
[Feed water temperature] 15℃
High-quality steam
It is said that steam that does not contain moisture is high-quality steam, and the steam with much moisture is poor-quality steam. The quality of steam has great impact to fuel cost, or wear-out of secondary facilities.
Generally, steam from Once-through boiler contains a large amount of moisture and is not high quality. However, KF series can supply extremely high-quality steam whose dryness reaches 99.5% or more, at any operation load.
KF series will reduce your concern about fuel cost, CO2 emissions or wear-out of secondary facilities.

Centrifugal rotation is additionally applied to commonly used reversing type of steam water separator so that steam dryness has highly improved.
