The Help Desk also operates at
night and on holidays.
With the aim of further enhancing the levels of customer satisfaction, we established a 24-Hour Help Desk and began providing technical assistance over the telephone to help clients deal with problems that occur at night. Whenever a client contacts the Help Desk, a service advisor will provide correct information and technical guidance directly over the telephone based on extensive experience and technical materials to help the client overcome any problems or failures that might be encountered.
