Kawasaki Thermal Engineering Co., Ltd. announced on June 7, 2022 that there were the acts of inappropriate conduct in tests of certain absorption chillers.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that we may have caused our customers and other concerned parties.

In order to ensure that events such as these acts do not occur again in the future, a thorough investigation to determine its underlying causes will be conducted. In addition to carrying out corrective measures, we will further strengthen the test management system and compliance, and will strive to carry out recurrence prevention efforts.

We will contact customers to whom we have delivered products that had been performed inappropriate conduct.
