Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (“Kawasaki”) provides the “Impulse to Move” logo data (the “Data”) it has created.

Notice to Users
Before using the Data, please read the terms and conditions detailed below (the “Rules of Use”), and only use the Data if you (including individuals and corporations) (“the User”) consent to the Rules of Use.

When using the Data, the User is deemed to have consented to the Rules of Use when the User clicks the download button.

Scope of use
The User may, with the exception of the acts described below, freely use (including reproduction, modification, adaptation, public transmission, etc.) the Data subject to the Rules of Use.
Kawasaki does not grant any rights to the User other than those specified in these Rules of Use.

・Sale of the Data itself or products using the Data.
・Misrepresenting the attribution of the copyrights or other rights to the Data, and granting permission to a third party to use the Data for a fee or free of charge.
・Providing the Data itself or products using the Data to third parties who may then use the Data for the purposes prohibited under these Rules of Use.
・Acts that contravene public order and morals.
・Any act that infringes or has the potential to infringe intellectual property rights, copyrights, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation, trust, or any other rights or interests of Kawasaki or any third party.
・Acts related to anti-social forces or illegal acts.
・Any other acts that Kawasaki deems inappropriate.

Attribution of rights
The copyrights and all other rights relating to the Data are attributed to Kawasaki.

Disclaimer
The User agrees to use the Data at its own risk, and Kawasaki shall not bear liability or responsibility for direct, indirect or any and all other damages or losses arising from the use of the Data.

Measures in the event of violation of the Rules of Use
In the event that Kawasaki deems there to be a risk of a User violating the Rules of Use or deems that a violation has occurred, Kawasaki may instruct the said User to cease usage of the Data, and the said User shall promptly comply with such instructions.
The User shall be responsible for responding to any legal claims or other liability issues with third parties that arise in connection with a User violation of these Rules of Use, including any unauthorized or inappropriate use of the Data, and the User shall not cause any inconvenience to Kawasaki.

Governing law
The official text of the Rules of Use shall be Japanese, and the governing law shall be Japanese law.

Other matters
With regard to the provision of the Data, Kawasaki may change the content of the Rules of Use, suspend or discontinue the provision of the Data at any time without prior notice to the User.
Although the User may use the Data free of charge subject to the Rules of Use, Kawasaki does not waive copyrights and any other rights to the Data. In matters that are otherwise not specifically provided for in these Rules of Use, the provisions of the Copyright Act and other related laws and regulations shall apply."
