Optimal water tube arrangement and burner with high combustion efficiency deliver high boiler efficiency. The extremely broad turn-down ratio makes it possible to save fuel consumption during actual operation.
We design grid-shaped water tube arrangement. With oil fired, it has soot blowing effect and can be flushed, which makes it possible to maintain high efficiency.
Also due to built-in deaerator, high-quality steam can be supplied with dryness of 99.5% or more.

We apply pre-mixing type low NOx burner with nozzle mixing type for gas fired burner.
We can comply with strict environmental regulations due to EGI device.
KTC burner is applied for oil fired burner which was developed by ourselves.
By adopting air register structure, we achieve high combustion efficiency and low NOx combustion.

Functions and structures to ensure safety and easy operation
Safety is ensured by functions and structures.
In terms of function, we adopt fully-automatic control to avoid operation mistakes. Electric proportional control is applied for combustion system in accordance with steam load.
Built-in deaerator and steam water separator prevent corrosion of drum and heat exchanger tube.
In terms of structure, we put entrance inside the furnace and adopt grid-shaped water tube arrangement. It makes inspection easy and safe, and cleaning easier, while also ensuring safety.
