IF series is equipped with “PID combustion control” and "Inverter control of draft fan and feed water pump” as standard, which contributes reducing fuel and electricity cost.
IF series can supply adequate amount of steam with the minimum amount of fuel and electricity under any steam load. It eliminates wasting energy compared to position-controlled boilers that are frequently turned on and off.
Reduction in fuel and electricity also contribute to reducing CO2 emissions.

High efficiency by multi-unit boiler operation
If steam is supplied at 100% full load operation with Fire (smoke) tube boiler and is replaced with IF series, we deliver great benefits of fuel cost saving and reducing CO2 emissions.
At 100% full load operation with Fire (smoke) tube boiler, boiler efficiency tends to be around 88%. However, by multi-unit boiler operation with IF series, operation is possible at boiler efficiency more than 100%.

High-quality steam
It is said that steam that does not contain moisture is high-quality steam, and the steam with much moisture is poor-quality steam. The quality of steam has great impact to fuel cost, or wear-out of secondary facilities.
Generally, steam from Once-through boiler contains a large amount of moisture and is not high quality. However, IF series can supply extremely high-quality steam whose dryness reaches 99.5% or more, at any operation load.

Centrifugal rotation is additionally applied to commonly used reversing type of steam water separator so that steam dryness has highly improved.
