Kawasaki is directing its experience and technology built up over 4 decades, into the F-series manipulators. The F-series is the ultimate worker combining high speed with a compact arm design.

The entire range is composed of modular units allowing both the reach and payload capacity to be readily converted.

Features

Reduced cycle time Maximum speed has been increased by the incorporation of high-powered compact motors and high-efficiency reduction gears into a light-weight manipulator. This higher speed, together with improved acceleration, results in a considerable reduction in cycle time.
Compact work cell layout The F-series arms have a very small footprint and slender profile. The narrow arm width, in particular, and the elimination of offset facilitates the design of extremely compact work cells. The smooth contours of the robust wrist enable it to accommodate external harnesses and hoses without difficulty.
Arm configuration tailored to system requirements The configuration of the arm can be selected form a wide range of reach and payload combinations. If the customers process or application need to be changed, updated or expanded then the modular construction of the F-series arm makes it possible to alter the reach, payload capacity of performance to suit. This is achieved by using the conversion packages.
Models that satisfy arc welding specifications, clean room specifications, wash-down specifications and even wall mounting specifications are available for your application.
